A Traditional Seaside Holiday

Our stunning apartment is available again post-pandemic and with some exciting new additions, including a completely overhauled and landscaped rear garden with Hot Tub, private parking for 1-2 cars, and an EV charger. We are so proud of No. 22 and believe that it simply oozes character and charm. We look forward to welcoming you here very soon.

Effortlessly Elegant Accommodation

All on the ground floor, No.22, Llandudno is spacious, elegant and beautifully appointed, with loads of period features and oodles of those little touches that turn a holiday home into a home from home.  Sleeping up to four guests in two en-suite bedrooms, it’s ideally located within Llandudno’s quiet conservation area, yet a short stroll away from everything this charming Victorian seaside town has to offer.

The first thing to notice when you open No.22’s front door – via the lobby shared by the upstairs maisonette – is the showstopping original encaustic tiled floor.  The attention to detail and period features just keep on coming: think high ceilings, sash windows, coving and chandeliers galore.  The laid-back, light-filled elegance of the sitting room, with its traditional leather furniture and cosy log burner, has a decidedly ‘Gentlemen’s Club’ vibe.  Into the kitchen/dining room where, as well as the luxe granite worktops and branded appliances (including a wine cooler), we’re confident you’ll find all the crockery, glasses and utensils and cooking equipment you’ll need to whip up a massive Sunday roast or romantic dinner à deux.

The two king-size bedrooms – both en-suite – are at the back of the apartment, making them wonderfully quiet and conducive to a good night’s sleep, as are the blissfully comfy mattresses and crisp cotton bed linens.  The spacious double bedroom has a shower room, with the master’s en-suite having acres of marble, twin basins and a freestanding roll-top bathtub.  The entire apartment is immaculately styled with loads of extra touches such as books and board games, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and high-speed Wi-Fi, alongside original artwork and the odd antique or two, but slightly bashed-about so you don’t have to feel nervous about making yourself at home.

Outside you’ll find our recently redesigned enclosed garden (again, all for your private usage) equipped with some nice garden furniture and the all-important hot tub. The private off-road driveway/parking at the rear is a real boon in this part of town.

The apartment isn’t suitable for Under-8s, apart from babies-in-arms (although please note we do not provide baby equipment).

Shops and pubs 3 minutes’ walk. Beach 5 minutes’ walk.
